If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase if the candle is in the original condition and packaging. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.

How long will my refund be distributed and how long will it take?

– You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid.

– You will receive your refund as soon as we receive the product and the conditions for a refund have been met. It may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed. Refund will be issues to the original payment form.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it has been more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
